The Ayers Scholars Program is constantly measuring and assessing the program’s effectiveness. Post-secondary matriculation and enrollment trends, as well as retention rates, scholarship dollars and other sources of funding, are tracked using Ayers’ own unique database specifically designed by and for the program. This data is provided to the Ayers Foundation Board of Directors in a Key Indicator Dashboard document quarterly. You can download and view the most recent dashboard by clicking the link below.
Disclaimer: The Ayers Foundation Scholars Program uses student academic transcripts, financial aid awards letters, enrollment verifications, and the National Student Clearinghouse to track student enrollment. Each student signs a FERPA release of information for each institution as well as a release for academic transcripts and financial aid awards letters. The Ayers Foundation enrollment numbers vary slightly from the Tennessee Higher Education Commission due to the increased measures taken by AFSP. The Ayers Foundation seeks to serve every student that graduates from our high schools served and considers 4 year universities, community colleges, technical colleges, military, and vocational rehabilitation in our success rate. Our goal is to help every student reach his or her highest level of desired academic achievement.
