Position: The Ayers Foundation Information Technology Coordinator
The Ayers Foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the people of Tennessee. We believe this is best accomplished by positively affecting the fields of Education, Conservation and Social Welfare. The Ayers Foundation Scholars Program began in 1999 with the vision of making higher education more accessible to young people in Tennessee’s Decatur, Henderson, Perry and Unicoi Counties.
Job Summary: The Ayers Foundation is proud to announce the position of Information Technology Coordinator. The ITC will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, and executing of all IT functions across the Ayers Foundation offices. The ITC will ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
The ITC will evaluate new systems to meet the needs of departments across the organization and provide guidance and direction to the hiring and implementation of any outside technology consultants.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or related experience.
5-10 years of experience within information technology in a non-profit or education setting preferred.
Certified Advanced Administrator Salesforce certification is not required for entry but must be completed upon hire.
