Chantele Faircloth graduated from Johnson University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Counseling and obtained her Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Professional Counseling. Prior to her work at Ayers Foundation Trust, Chantele has worked as case manager and assistant director at KnoxWorx, a workforce development initiative for youth in Knoxville, TN.

Jennifer Fincher is the College Access Counselor at Cocke County. Jennifer has over two years of experience as a College Admissions Counselor at Tusculum University, Working with Undergraduate, Graduate, and Transfer Admissions. Previous to Tusculum, Jennifer worked as a Career Advisor for Mid-Cumberland Human Resource Agency at the American Job Center.
Jennifer is a first-generation college student. She received a Masters's Degree in Organizational Training and Performance Management from Tusculum University with honors in 2022 and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University in 2021.
