Position (title): Director of IT Operations
Location: TAF Headquarters
Job Summary: Applies expertise in business administration and information technology to find technological solutions to business needs, analyze data to inform business decisions and ensure quality IT infrastructure and services to meet organizational outcomes.
- Serves as liaison between IT and leadership
- Helps guide the IT strategic initiatives that are set by the business needs and growth plan
- Collaborates with the team to understand organizational operational challenges then seeks and implements IT solutions
- Analyzes data to inform business decisions
Education and/or experience: minimum of Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Relevant field of study includes business analytics, computer engineering or information technology. Minimum 3 years in IT position, management experience preferred.
Computer skills: To be successful in this role, candidate must have a broad background and ability to interact with multiple IT and AV systems proficiently. Must be expert in Google drives and documents as well as Microsoft office. Strong database management abilities.
Language skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal is necessary with an ability to multi task and set priorities.
Reasoning Abilities: Must possess excellent ability to problem solve and demonstrate an analytical mindset. Strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder and relate to them on their level for best solution.
Compensation: Salary will be competitive for this position across the industry. Benefits include insurance, 401K, paid holidays, personal time off. Position is full time, 12 months a year.
